DTC 201- Major Project 1
In my montage, following Dada movements and using Adobe InDesign I chose to do an experiment on the things I care most about; writing and reading. I was inspired to show the elements of my life that have been inspired by Edgar Allen Poe. His work in The Raven was controversial in both the time it was written for its horror elements, to now, where people question his morality and character.
This project gave me the fuel to try things new in InDesign, like masking with text overlays and messing with the highlights and low lighting with filters. Overall I am proud of how it turned out.
